1. Initial Consultation
We will meet with you during a complimentary consultation to find out a little bit about you and your project. At this time we will discuss your personal style, project wants + needs, budget and time lines.
4. Architectural + Interior Design
Our design team will work closely with you and your selected group of consultants to develop a concept, draft drawings, and select all fixtures and finishes for your home. Upon the completion of this stage, your entire house will be designed and all elements will be chosen.
2. Preliminary Budget
Based on our consultation, our team will provide you with a budget outlining the scopes of work involved and their estimated costs. We will also discuss options for how you can reduce costs and stay on budget.
5. Tendering + Permitting
Once the design of your house is complete and everything is selected, we send out your complete drawing package for tender. This allows us to get a total cost prior to beginning construction and gives us time to make any changes to the design is necessary to stay on budget. We will also send your drawings out for city approval and obtain any required permits during this time.
3. Proposal + Contract
Once you are happy with the project scopes and estimated budget we have outlined, we will provide you with a proposal and contract describing the entire process and our fees to complete your build.
6. Construction + Hand Over
During the construction of your home, we will manage all trades and consultants and keep you informed on the progress throughout the duration of the project so there are no surprises along the way. Once your home is complete, we will perform a detailed tour of your new home, showing you how to operate and care for your new home. We will also review your new home warranty for new home builds.
